UCS 3112 Communication in the Workplace

Course Description

This course comprises of basic knowledge and skills in workplace communication, providing a fundamental exposure and guide to the various forms of communication in the workplace covering both oral and written communication. These include practice in presenting information, conducting effective team meetings, decision making, conflict management, and writing related workplace correspondence and documents.

  • Apply principles and practices of technical and professional communication to business correspondence, work documents and during job interview
