The social work was held at Sibu Benevolent Society Nursing Home which is located not far from University of Technology Sarawak (UTS). The exact location of Sibu Benevolent Society Nursing Home is at 299, Jalan Teng Chin Hua, 96000 Sibu, Sarawak. Students who are enrolled in MPU3212 Entrepreneurship Skills subject for February 2022/2023 semester will participated in this event. This event was conducted on 27th May 2023 (Saturday).
This is a continual event from the group assignment namely online business selling. All the profit gained from the online business selling was donated to Sibu Benevolent Society Nursing Home for a good cause.
The significance of this event is to expose students on the true concept of social entrepreneurship. Moreover, this event will help to build good relationship between UTS and the community nearby Sibu Benevolent Society Nursing Home.
