The Self-Sufficient Building Model Exhibition aims to develop awareness in energy saving, environmental conservation and life without damaging or depleting natural resources in future. Students who are enroll in UCS3312 Green Technology for semester 2, 2022/2023 are required to participate in the exhibition to exhibit their self-sufficient building model. The group project is one of the assessments for this course replacing final examination. The theme of the group project is “Self-Sufficient Building”. A self-sufficient building is a promising solution that each building can produce its own energy without the need for an external source. In this way, buildings can be considered as autonomous and self-sufficient units without a need to build or invest in transmission and distribution infrastructures.
