All 65 students who are enrolled in UCS3212 Creativity and Innovation in September semester 2022/2023 are involved in this event. Students are divided into groups and each groups are required to come out with prototype that portray creativity and innovation. The objectives of this event are:
- Develop innovative ideas or value through methods learnt.
- To stimulate innovation and creativity among students of UTS.
- As a platform for students of UCS3212 Creativity and Innovation to showcase and demonstrate their creative and innovative products to people of UTS.
The event hits all of its objectives. This is mainly because students manage to portray their creativity and innovation through the prototype they invent. There are variety of creative and innovative products that each group invent such as self-cooling roofing system, rain sensor awning and so on.
